Coming from a humble middleclass background, I graduated as a Commerce Student in 1978. My professional journey, as a Marketing Professional, began as a Sales Representative with Murphy India Ltd. Having worked for around 35 years since then in the industry with several reputed companies like The RBM Poona Mills Ltd., ( Engineering Divn.,), Bradma of India Ltd. ( TATA Group ), HMT LTD ( GEP Division)., Central Cables Ltd., Kwality Ice Creams Ltd. and rising to the ranks of Unit Head at Nirlep Group, I today work on helping people build a POSITIVE MIND SET, HARMONIOUS RELATIONS AND IMPART SOFT SKILLS TRAINING. The main purpose of all these sessions is creation of an environment that facilitates MAINTAINING A BALANCE AT WORK & HOME.
My journey from a sales representative to a professional trainer has been a fulfilling experience. The journey has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. I had the best of times and the best of people and then the worst of times and the worst of the people.
The tough teacher life is, it first tested me and then gave me the Lessons. Although the lessons were bitter, they helped me realize the power of a positive mindset and the importance of building harmonious relations in one’s life. I realized that these are the pillars on which one can withstand any problem. Weakening of these pillars could lead to a crumbled life.
These realizations brought the best of me to the fore and enabled me to help people through counselling and interactive sessions on the very topics. My experience in the industry for the past 35 years has enabled me to impart soft skills training to Professionals, Employees and Managers from industries Government & Semi Government Officials, Educated Unemployed Youth, Students and budding professionals.
I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to bring positive changes in the lives of people, families, across various sections of the society through the interactive sessions and counselling.
